Releases

Releases have names, not numbers. Every update to Velion or to its dashboard gets a new Latin name for what it is about.

Now: Velion Renata · dashboard Fenestra

Renata · Fenestra
Velion · Dashboard
  • Jarvis is now Velion, made by Aurexa. Settings, chats, memory and your voice profile all carry over.
  • Releases are known only by name; version numbers are gone from the app.
  • The dashboard shows release names in the update panel and requires a new name for every update.
Vigilia
Velion · the watch
  • Daily briefing with weather, calendar, reminders and unread mail; meeting alerts and quiet hours.
  • Reminders saved to disk: they survive restarts and can repeat daily, on weekdays or weekly.
  • Read-only calendar (private iCal link) and email (app password).
  • Screen explanations from a single screenshot, deleted afterwards.
  • Background multi-step jobs with strict limits, and instant saved scenes.
  • Optional face check, offline speech recognition and interrupting Velion mid-sentence.
  • Fix: asking what's new no longer closes Velion, and an unexpected error now ends only that one conversation.
Lumen
Dashboard · the light
  • Two looks for the HUD, with every tool inside it.
  • Background mode: one switch starts the assistant when you sign in.
  • Sinhala output no longer stops the assistant.
  • Signed updates. Every update is checked against Aurexa's key before it installs.
FAQ

Common questions

Does it work offline?

Partly. The AI answers need the internet. Reminders, scenes, opening apps and volume control work without it, and offline speech recognition can be turned on in Settings.

Do I have to pay for the AI?

No. Groq, Gemini, OpenRouter, Cerebras and Mistral offer free keys with daily limits. Velion uses the free ones first and switches between them when one runs out. Paid OpenAI keys are optional.

Can someone else give it commands?

Anyone can ask simple questions. Risky actions such as system commands, deleting or overwriting files need a spoken “yes” that matches your enrolled voice, and optionally your face.

Is there a Mac or phone version?

Not yet. Velion runs on Windows 10 and 11. The dashboard can be opened from a phone on the same Wi-Fi once you set a dashboard password.

Why does Windows warn me when I install it?

Windows SmartScreen warns about apps it hasn't seen many times before. The warning doesn't mean the file is harmful, but only run an installer you downloaded from this website.

Where are my chats and memory stored?

On your PC, in your Windows user folder. See the privacy page for what is sent online.
